Entry rules for submission:

1. A new charity is selected every 3 to 6 months (starting 2009), provided nominations received.

2. A "charity" may be an organization, group or individual in need, and must be "healthcare" related.

3. In no more than 250 words, explain why your "charity" needs assistance, and how if selected this financial contribution could help make a difference. Be sure to include your contact information.

4. The selected recipient will be posted on this website as shown above.
